POLICE OFFICER / SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICERFull time
The Cumberland Township Police Department in partnership with the Carmichaels Area School District seeks applicants for a full-time position with the
Cumberland Township Police Department.
The position shall be assigned as a 9-month School Resource Officer Position / 3-month Patrol Officer
beginning the 2024-2025 school year.
Candidates shall possess their Act 120 certification
and must obtain their Basic SRO Certification within
1 year of hire. Prior Law Enforcement Experience
as an SRO is preferred.
