HVAC Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist at IDEAL MECHANICAL in New Berlin, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Provide customer service/dispatch and administrative support to our HVAC Service Departments.


The Customer Service Specialist will handle the switchboard with all incoming phone calls and transfer to the correct party. Answer incoming service calls requests: coordinate & schedule time/date & dispatch to service technician. Manage the field technicians' schedule and assist with time changes or reschedule visits. Follow up with technicians to make sure jobs are completed and ready to invoice/close.


The Customer Service Specialists will be responsible for collections for HVAC Service Departments.


Assist Department Managers with various office tasks/projects - HVAC Permits.


This is a full time position, Monday-Friday
