We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager for our 2nd shift to join our highly skilled, dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Ensures all controls are in place to meet FDA, GMP, ISO, OSHA and EPA requirements.

  • Manages the daily operations, including production scheduling, prioritization, inventory, expense management, manpower planning, performance evaluations and personnel development.

  • Develops strategic plans for operations and develops annual operating budgets to support the Corporate and Divisional long range strategic plans.

  • Ensures all production training certifications are maintained and current.

  • Manages line flow layouts, new production equipment ergonomics, ergonomic process flow review activities, on line material storage techniques and overall production space utilization.

  • Plans and coordinates production flow changes to achieve optimal production throughput.

  • Coordinates communication between departments pertinent to maintaining manufacturing flow and shipping schedules.

  • Plans and executes lean manufacturing requirements using effective systems and simulation tools to optimize, use of space, equipment, material and personnel.

  • Assurance and Business Development personnel to prevent obstacles with products, tooling/fixtures and deadlines.

  • Stay informed concerning new manufacturing technologies and equipment to reduce cost through efficiencies.

  • Provides direction, development and leadership to manufacturing personnel.

  • Defines and measures service levels to meet customer requirements.

  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 


Education / Experience:


Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of manufacturing experience, 3+ years proven leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
