Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in both English and [second language].


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities to ensure efficient and timely production schedules.
• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including quality control, safety protocols, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.
• Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and [second language], both written and verbal.
