What you'll do: 


  • Own business results and key performance indicators to drive adoption and revenue for core products

  • Lead cross functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research

  • Write clear user cases and requirements that articulate desired product functionality

  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, User and Customer Experience to develop simple, intuitive and easy to use product features

  • Develop product roadmap and get buy in from key stakeholders at all levels of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Legal and Executive Management

  • Maintain prioritized product backlog with input from Customers, Partners, Sales and Support


Who you are:



  • Minimum of 6+ years of software Product Management experience

  • Management of products in SaaS delivery model

  • Experience working with teams using Agile processes

  • Understanding and experience working with common software used within an agile framework. E.g. Jira, Pendo, Tableau, etc.

  • High levels of empathy for both your customers, stakeholders, and peers

  • The ability to lead large groups of people across a dynamic organization leveraging influence and excitement

  • Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
