Job Title: RN - Med Surg



Duties & Responsibilities: Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence based practice, The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent care based on established standards. The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.



Minimum Requirements:

• RN License (NY only)


• Level 1 trauma experience


• 2 years experience as an RN in Medicine Heart


• ACLS (AHA)


• BLS (AHA)


• D/E/N rotating shifts (weekly)


• Every other weekend


• Holidays per unit needs
