General Summary



The Recertification Specialist provides administrative support to the Property Manager in the areas of resident relations, application intake and processing of verifications.

What's needed for this role?



• Maintain property waiting list.


• Complete all aspects of resident recertification's and lease renewals.


• Conducting applicant interviews, collecting necessary documentation, and determining program eligibility


• Utilize EIV in accordance with HUD Guidelines (Section 8)


• Ensure proper calculation of income, assets, resident rental amount, etc.


• Work with maintenance staff for timely move-in/move-out of residents.


• Coordinate apartment inspections for move-ins and recertification.


• Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy and regulatory agency policy.


?Qualifications:



• Previous experience in Recertification's and COS and TCS Certified


• Bilingual in English and Spanish


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong attention to detail


• ?Strong organizational skills
