Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for executives.

  • Provide basic information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.

  • Maintain and update client records and databases.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in the property management industry is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

  • Office environment.

  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
