This position manages a cross-functional unit which has a major impact on corporate, business unit, and organizational objectives. The position is responsible for oversight of timely development, coordination, and delivery of disaster mitigation plans (wildfire, flooding, etc.) across MidAmerican's states of operation. Responsibilities also include the efficient delivery and tracking of MidAmerican's wildfire mitigation plans, required filings, project/program development and management, overall company coordination, external stakeholder management, and compliance management and plan adherence.
