This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Program Director, Oncology Supportive Care Services to:


  • Provide strategic leadership, program development, implementation, and evaluation for administered programs at UW Health.
  • Analyze current and future trends and growth opportunities to implement prioritized distinctive clinical programs with patient outcomes.
  • Lead efforts to optimize the clinical care delivery system to efficiently deliver services to patients who are being treated/have been treated for cancer.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners who serve the same population.

Education :

Minimum - Master's degree in a relevant subject area such as a clinical discipline, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or other related field

Work Experience :

Minimum - Five (5) years of relevant experience in the management of health care programs and/or ambulatory services

Preferred - Experience with program development, strategic planning, and/or portfolio management services in a large academic or complex health program
