This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an IT Business Analyst for HR topics , you will be responsible for:


• You act as the functional HR/IT Business Analyst and Solution Designer for all HR/IT Absence- & Time Management related topics mainly US and Canada
• You align business demands and processes with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert within the respective portfolio element.
• You will translate the business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management- and IT compliance framework.
• You think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identify cross-topic dependencies.
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities.

Required skills to have for the success of this role



• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration.


• You have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience with SAP HCM Solutions - in depth time-management.


• You have a thorough understanding of Absence- & Time Management related processes with focus on US and Canada specific regulations and respective IT solutions / integrations


• You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects.


• You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers.


• You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (10%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
