Responsible for executing the Change Management Strategy for Supply Chain, ensuring adoption of initiatives across teams to meet business objectives. Design/develop learning solutions that adhere to learning principles and incorporate communication plans, training plans, and engage appropriate resources in the areas of systems and technology. - 3+ years of experience in organizational change management as well as implementation projects for systems, initiatives, process changes, etc.
- Any experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to influence others without formal authority
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, interpret and make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree business administration, organizational behavior, HR Management, or education
- Professional Change Management Certification
- Skilled in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, and/or learning strategy- Conduct change impact analysis, change readiness analysis, and follow other change management practices using the ADKAR model or other similar change models
- Perform discovery to determine project scope and best communication and training methodology to meet business needs working with key stakeholders and support teams
- Identify resistance and performance gaps; work to develop and implement corrective actions
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and sustainment of changes
- Conduct readiness assessments and surveys; present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
- Identify potential risks and develop specific plans to mitigate and/or address the concerns
- Provide direct support and coaching to leaders of others to help their direct reports through transitions
- Develop and implement change management plans including communication plan, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
