Wood-Mode, LLC a leader in the custom cabinetry manufacturing industry located in Kreamer PA, currently seeks a candidate for an Order Editor.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience with custom cabinet product. Necessary skills are detail and accuracy oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent typing and keying skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment when required. Ability to read and interpret incoming orders and floor plans. Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Ability to operate basic office equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Accurately prepare incoming orders to be entered into the schedulers queue. • Answer phone calls from internal and external customers in a professional and helpful manor. • Communicate promptly to Reps/Dealers any questions on orders requiring clarification. • Process all necessary paperwork required to complete the editing process. • Keep an accurate information system to include standard product, nomenclature, and pricing. • Enter and proofread edited orders into the Order Entry System. • Comply with and uphold all company policies. • Perform other duties as needed.
