Join our team as a Bar Manager! This role is responsible for The Bar (outlet) operations.


Summary:

• Organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings,


• Scheduling and directing staff in their work assignments,


• Creating forecast and revenue reports,


• Organizing special events at The Bar, such as receptions and interacting pro-actively and positively with guests.


• Creating unforgettable guest experiences


• Selection and training of team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


• Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred


• Time management skills


• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members


• Ability to lead and direct a team
