MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum 5 years’ experience of related project management experience.
•BA or BS preferred, equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
•Previous experience working on major construction projectsor in a healthcare Facilitiessettinga plus.

Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities,the FF&E and MoveCoordinationProject Manager(PM)will oversee all aspects of the FF&E planningandprocurement processes well as the direct management of move planning and coordination associated with capital projects and department moves. The PM is responsible for the coordination and completion of the FF&E requirements per project by department and move related activities in conjunction with the Construction Project Manager (CPM).The PM will be responsible for more than one project at a time with approximately 75% focus on alargecapital project and approximately 25% of time managing various smaller facilities projects.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
•Act as day-to-day contact for assigned projects and support the CPM on other assignments as determined.
•Work closely with stakeholders and the CPM to understand project requirements and objectives and implement requirements within the confines of the established project objectives.
•Effectively communicate and update leadership on project progress.
•Hold regular status meetings with the project team.
•Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate.
•Prepare reports with issue identification, suggest alternative solutions and clearly stat Ed recommendations.
•Resolve or assist in the resolutions of conflicts within and between projects or timelines.
•Develop proposed project budgets and maintain project expenditures within budget.
•Develop and interpret specifications, scopes of work, and contracts where applicable.
•Negotiate contract order changes as needed.
•Ensure completed tasks meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
•Maintain quality standards of performance, functionality, and cost by effectively applying established company methodology and enforcing project design standards.
•Ensure the development, maintenance and storage of high-quality project documentation including contracts, change orders, specifications, budgets, expenditure records, schedules, correspondence, transmittals, memos, reports, and other project files.

FF&E AND MOVE COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Identify FF&E needs per department; prepare specification sheets and preliminary costs based on institutional design standards.
•Develop FF&E project schedules, monitor progress and complete projects on schedule.
•Overall responsibility to ensure that all FF&E; furniture, fixtures (including medical and  non-medical equipment) has been properly planned, coordinated, ordered, tracked and installed within the project scope, budget and schedule parameters in conjunction with CPM.

•Work in conjunction with the CPM to oversee and coordinate the work of suppliers, contractors, and consultants working on FF&E project tasks.
•Verify existing FF&E specifications for accuracy with CPM, obtain proposals from vendors to purchase new equipment per equipment list.
•Review and coordination final proposals from vendors for PO processing.
•Manage FF&E deliveries.
•Manage FF&E install onsite with Contractors. CPM to verify infrastructure (power, data, HVAC, plumbing) components are in place prior to installation.
•Manage invoice processing and sign-off for payment.
•Work with Support Services staff for installation, testing before move day (Clinical Engineering, Environmental Services, IT, etc.).
•Prepare punch list of FF&E once installed.
•Ensure that all medical equipment and FF+E architectural and infrastructure (blocking, power, data, plumbing and mechanical) has been properly coordinated with the construction documents and installed in the field per the drawings and specifications.
•Lead Department Activation and Move Coordination meetings as needed.
•Ensure Department Activation Checklists are complete, perform owner acceptance walkthroughs with staff and contractor prior to authorizing move.
•Attend & coordination Department activation and/or move coordination meetings as needed.
•Oversee and manage FF&E post-move-in stakeholder or user requests.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
