140 Baldwin Street Extension, Meadville, PA 16335 Phone# 814-724-7760, Fax# 814-333-1249, e-mail: info@pascotool.com, www.pascotool.com Pasco Tool & Plastics is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to support our Tooling & Injection Molding operations. • Primary Responsibilities Include: o Managing and retaining our ISO certification o Continuously improving our Quality Management System o Effectively interact with production and new product development to maintain supply of quality product and successfully launch new products. o Work with customers and engineering to define the requirements of production validation. o Work with customers and suppliers to resolve all corrective actions o Prepare, maintain and control quality documentation, FMEA's, Control Plans, C of C's, PPAP's etc. o Ensure all production product meets the customers specifications o Manage and support the quality inspection group o Work in a cross functional team to create and manage a formal training program o Develop and sustain an incoming inspection program • Education & Experience: o Required: Minimum of 3 years in quality control In depth knowledge of ISO 9001 o Plus: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Extensive knowledge of metrology Management Experience Lean Six Sigma Certification • Required Skills: o Attention to detail o Analytical o Critical Thinking o Organization o Muti-tasking o Strong oral and written commination o Detail oriented o Proficient in Microsoft Office o Problem solving o Team Player & Motivator o Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Pasco Tool & Plastics is a precision tooling and injection molding supplier of custom components in Meadville, PA.
