Medtronic's Nathan Lane Operations has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Leader , providing leadership to our Equipment and Automation Development team . In this role, you will lead a team of Engineers and Technicians developing the site's a utomation and equipment stability strategy to ensure uptime and a vailability supporting our 24x7 operations. You will work c losely with our engineering teams, collaborat ing to define and drive the site's equipment and automation strategy for both existing and new product development efforts. This key leadership role will work cross-functionally with site leadership to defin e the equipment and automation strategy for the site.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered complies with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
