As a Receptionist you will:
- Answering Phones: Professionally handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
- Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory and restock office supplies as needed.
- Shipping Labels and Packing Slips: Assist with processing shipments.
- General Administrative Tasks: Be flexible and proactive in handling other administrative duties that arise.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
