Adams & Martin Group, a leading legal staffing firm, has partnered with a law firm in Anaheim Hills who is is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Law Firm Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills in both languages. This position plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the professionalism and excellence of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate individuals
Manage conference room reservations and appointments
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher
Experience with legal terminology and procedures
