We do appreciate earning D.L.E. status. Homebuying is a big deal for our nation's Veterans and military families. But that doesn't mean it has to be serious business. We want to infuse our marketing with the right amount of humanity, personality and fun. We need good words to bring those efforts to life.
We're looking for a creative, dedicated copywriter who's passionate about using words to elevate and separate our brand and create lasting (and meaningful) impressions.
As a copywriter, you're comfortable wearing labels like wordsmith, strategist, grammar geek, email lover and storyteller. You're passionate about brand building and the craft of copywriting. You can think big picture, but you also sweat the small stuff. We might say this person is entrepreneurial, dynamic, etc. But, to us, a good copywriter doesn't deal in jargon or cliché.
You'll come up with concepts that not only answer the brief but push it. You put the Veteran at the center of the story and use curiosity to help craft copy that connects and converts. You'll work both independently and alongside a range of creative stakeholders to deliver measurable, multichannel results.
Previous copywriting experience with an advertising agency or in-house marketing team is preferred.
