Maintenance Team Lead




Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM | Mon - Fri




Responsibilities

• A lead maintenance technician programs and coordinates a team of technicians and Sanitation personnel actively involved in various specialties through out the DC.


• Their job description entails instructing and offering mentorship and directives while being involved in one or more of the skilled activities.


• Lead maintenance technicians have the role of keeping the property at their designated area of operation in good condition and ensuring a secured and appealing living condition for all staff, visitors and residents.


• Since they usually have direct contact with contractors, their possession of outstanding customer service abilities is as significant as their having extensive technical knowledge.


• As a leader of the technical maintenance unit, the individual's responsibility will involve guaranteeing that the mechanical components and other property assets at their designated area are in excellent working condition.


• This work will also involve maintenance of electrical systems, conveyance, plumbing, heating units, air-conditioning, and Dock Plates.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED, required


• 2+ years of manufacturing, distribution, or related work experience, required


• 2 years of supervisory experience, required


• 1-2 years of Mechanical experience, preferred.
