Global growing industrial material and service supply chain management company in Dallas, TX seeks CFO with M&A and corporate planning expertise to lead and guide the financial systems that empower a high-performing professionals and keep the finances positioned for continued success. The CFO will have a day-to-day, ongoing impact on company operations, helping to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. Understand current accounting practices and trends, As a member of senior management, the CFO will be comfortable in a leadership role that requires clear and effective communication skills with Japan parent company.
Objectives of this role
plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate planning:
Strategic planning
Develop corporate strategy to ensure financial objectives align with potential M&A targets.
predict future market trends and identify opportunities that align with the company's long-term strategy, ROIC based management, Expense control/KPI
provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team and advise on long-term business and financial planning.
manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
M&A
Identify opportunities, assess a target company's financial health and strategic value, and determine whether to proceed with a deal.
Maximize synergies and derive value from the deal by preparing relevant documents, supporting the CEO in negotiations, and dedicating resources and budgets for integration activities.
Required skills and qualifications.
Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles as CFO or Controller
Experience of leading global level of industrial company in M&A, PMI ( post merger integration )and Due-diligence and project negotiation and management
Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
Experience of cross-boarder consolidation
Ability to plan business strategies and lead projects.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
International finance experience
Professional certification (ex: Certified Public Accountant)
