Job Description:
- Work closely with outsourced fund administrator.
- Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual fund financial statements, capital calls, and distributions.
- Partnership accounting for private investment funds, which may include alternative investment vehicle structures and various portfolio reporting.
- Cash management and treasury function exposure.
- 3+ years of relevant public accounting and/or alternative investment firm experience
- CPA required
- Working understanding of "waterfall" allocations and experience with investment fund accounting preferred.
