LHH is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist with exceptional MS Office skills to assist our team with a critical project. The ideal candidate will have strong typing and data entry abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of effective follow-through. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact project within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage large volumes of data using MS Excel, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Document Preparation: Create, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally, providing clear and timely responses.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project timelines.
  • Follow-Through: Track project progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the project team.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum of 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
  • Dependability: Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
