The Collections Specialist provides support to Sun Loan customers and branch offices from a centralized remote call center location.
Customer support is provided by contacting past due accounts to resolve delinquency status and by supporting with other duties as assigned which may include filling in to assist agents in other roles.
**** Collections experience is required
**** Successful candidates are required to be in the San Antonio area and expected to work full-time in the Call Center.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Reviews assigned past due accounts to determine options to bring account current.
Contacts borrower to update account and review options to bring account current.
Documents in LPX comments and arrangements for account resolution.
Conducts outbound calls to follow up on promises to pay.
Conducts skip tracing for accounts with which contact cannot be made using current information.
Scores web leads, transfers to appropriate work group.
Conducts outbound calls and initiates emails regarding online inquiries.
