Infosys is seeking a Kong Architect. As a Kong architect, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Atleast 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience

Location for this position is Dallas,TX or Hartford,CT. This position may require travel to project/client locations
Preferred Qualifications:
Atleast 6 years' experience in API Design & Management
Atleast 3 years' experience in APIM/Kong API Gateway
Experience with defining high level Architecture/Topology Diagram for a Kong API gateway implementation
Experience in Kong platform setup on Azure/AWS
Strong knowledge on API Management and Integration Architecture
Experience in providing architecture consulting and support on API COE and API Governance implementation, API security standards, Kong Platform operations and maintenance
Strong knowledge on API Foundational components definition and design
Proficient in developing and designing APIs in Kong API gateway
Strong hands-on experience in Kong API gateway
Publishing and documenting APIs on Kong Developer Portal
Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Technologies,
Good Understanding of 1way and 2way SSL implementation in Kong, Kong plugins
