Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP IBP Demand Planning (DP) and Inventory Optimization (IO) implementations and integrations.
Configure and support IBP DP and IO modules.
Provide thorough understanding and management of the demand planning process and inventory optimization.
Offer off-hours/weekend support as required.
Collaborate with offshore teams for production support, job monitoring, and issue resolution.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
No coding is required for this position.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience with SAP IBP DP/DS/IO and overall supply chain planning experience of 8-12 years. (This is not a senior-level role, more mid-level)
At least 1 full cycle implementation of IBP Demand Planning and Inventory Optimization.
Strong experience in IBP Demand and IO configuration and support.
Proficient in configuration and statistical/DS model knowledge.
S4-IBP integration for Master Data and Transaction Data.
In-depth knowledge of DP and IO Master Data in S4.
Strong understanding of the demand planning process and inventory optimization.
Ability to work flexible hours, including off-hours and weekends, if necessary.
Experience supporting SAC/Webi reports and integrating non-SAP systems.
Proven ability to coordinate with offshore teams for production support.
CI-DS troubleshooting experience (web-socket experience is a plus).
Excellent customer service skills and a quick learning attitude.
Exceptional communication skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in end-to-end forecast to schedule design and development, including integration with other functional areas like MTD/OTC.
A proactive approach to experimentation and self-study.
Integration experience with DRP/MPS, Replenishment Planning, and Inventory Optimization is a plus.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes is desirable.
Experience with integration from and to legacy systems to SAP S4 and IBP systems is a plus.
