Job Description: Intelligent Automation Sr Solution Developer

We're seeking a visionary and technically skilled expert to design, develop, test, and deliver cutting-edge intelligent automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (MPP). In this dynamic role, you'll not only showcase your technical prowess but also act as a thought leader in the AI space, collaborating with developers at all levels to share your MPP expertise and innovative ideas.
You'll work closely with a diverse team of developers, Technology Architects, leadership, product owners, and business customers to deeply understand and automate complex business processes. Your responsibilities will include crafting advanced technical designs, defining expected test outcomes, developing robust automation code, and ensuring seamless production delivery. This role involves leveraging MSFT Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Apps, and Dataverse to create a fully integrated solution for the annual Fuel Bid process, transitioning it from a proof-of-concept to an operationalized application.
We are looking for a candidate who ideally can be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, though remote candidates available during US working hours are welcome. If selected for an interview, you'll be invited to demonstrate your expertise in person, walking us through your project experiences and solution approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership and mentorship in process automation within the COE Team and across other teams.
Utilize expert problem-solving and technical skills to design and develop optimal solutions for complex automation challenges.
Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, change management, testing protocols, and compliance requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for coding standards and automation solutions.
Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective, working closely with product owners and business customers to implement proof-of-concepts.
Support the entire delivery lifecycle, including post-deployment phases.
Serve as an expert in automation deliverables, collaborating with application architects, enterprise architects, and security architects to review and optimize automation.
Experience:
Expert-level proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Microsoft Power Automate
Microsoft Power BI
Microsoft Power Apps
Intermediate to expert-level experience with Microsoft Power Pages.
Experience with public cloud services from AWS or Azure for integrating and hosting IPA solutions.
Proficiency in interacting with APIs for information extraction, storage, or shared services utilization.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tooling.
Expertise in at least two or more of the following coding languages:
VB Script
JavaScript
PowerShell
Python

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Hourly contract rate range of $70.00 - $90.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
