$110,000.00 To 125,000.00 Annually

Exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join Brea, CA team! The Continuous Improvement Manager will assess, monitor and enhance business performance for our organization. This role is responsible for analyzing current practices, developing business process improvements, implementing changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance. Desirable candidates will have some general knowledge of PCBA and box build process flows, quality management systems, material handling practices, data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement Manager:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement program to achieve operational excellence throughout the organization.
  • Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain Lean Six Sigma methodologies across all aspects of the organization, including process improvement, cost reduction, and quality control.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives and report progress to senior management.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and change management across the organization, promoting innovation and operational excellence.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels to develop their skills in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to leverage best practices and benchmarking opportunities.

Qualifications of the Continuous Improvement Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations management in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, including DMAIC, DMADV, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Statistical Process Control.
  • Experience in project management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is highly desirable.
  • Should have some experience and or demonstrated potential for teaching, coaching, practicing, and applying lean methods (i.e., 5S, set up reduction, kaizen, daily management, standard work, problem solving, Kanban and lean transformations).
