Oversee the financial operations of the US territory - both MMD (Materials Metrology Division) and the US sales and service operations which is part of the GBG (Global Business Group) - in all aspects, and including:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations of the US territory - both MMD (Materials Metrology Division) and the US sales and service operations which is part of the GBG (Global Business Group) - in all aspects, and including:

a. Budgeting & planning:
  • Develop and execute, together with the local management team and in conjunction with HQ guidelines, Annual Operations Plan (AOP), Annual budgets, MBO at all company levels.
  • Develop business and financial measurement tools and processes which will help monitor and track the US AOP plan and related processes, for MMD and for the US sales and service operations.
  • Lead to successful execution of the AOP, including budget status and usage reports with no deviations, business unit P&L, gross margins, warranty, G&A allocations, MBO programs tracking.

b. Forecasting - prepare, on a timely basis, quarterly forecasting of financial results relative to the approved budget and previous quarters. Develop and assimilate processes that will enable accurate quarterly forecasting.

c. Full responsibility and accountability to quarterly and annual financial and tax report based on US GAAP and in accordance with Israel HQ requirements and policy, including,
  • Financial reporting and SOX compliance
  • Tax planning and compliance and tax reporting
  • GL management
  • Internal controls and anti-fraud measures
  • Cash management, including AP, AR and Treasury

d. Business partnership and approach across the US territory:
  • Develop and maintain P&L for the Materials Metrology Division, including analysis, optimization, and visibility of global related allocations and activities.
  • Provide financial/business support and insights to the US sales and service organization, providing territory P&L reporting and overall consolidate US Entity level P&L.
  1. Cost management - develop cost accounting and collaborate on cost reduction programs across the territory operations including for main materials purchasing, inventory levels, products gross margins, service P&L (MMD and local US), suppliers, back office and administration activities.
  2. Insurance - manage and implement insurance policies and coverage to meet legal and business requirements in accordance with Israel HQ requirements and policy.
  3. Manage the legal compliance/governance at a US entity level, leveraging HQ resources and external council as required.
  4. Support the Division and US entity in collaborating on M&A activities from initial due diligence to final integration.
  5. Identify and assist in securing Public Funding opportunities at a City, County, State and Federal level.


Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Finance and/or related discipline
  • Chartered Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Min. 15+ years of experience in a Finance related role
  • Experience in both financial and cost accounting within a manufacturing organization. Semiconductor or Technology related products preferred.
  • M&A / Post Merger Integration Experience preferred.
  • Experience working within a Global Organization
  • Financial responsibility within a US entity of scale (>$50M Revenue p.a.)
  • Experience working in Public company - HQ or Subsidiary
  • Exposure to ERP Oracle would be an advantage
  • Min. 10+ years of managerial experience is a must
  • Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
