Responsibilities
Guide, supervise, and mentor a team of engineers to reach exceptional performance and professional growth.
Supervise the entire engineering division, encompassing software development, hardware development, and quality assurance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering strategies that align with business objectives.
Guarantee the timely delivery of superior products and solutions.
Promote innovation and ongoing improvement within the engineering team.
Efficiently manage engineering budgets and resources.
Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
Background in HVAC, cooling or power generation
Degree qualified in engineering, business management or technical business discipline.
Data Center experience preferred; construction management experience required
10+ years working within mission critical environments
