The R&D Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting the production development activities of the company. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and teamwork to ensure successful product development and production processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Product Development
Collaborate with the engineering teams to develop new production methods and techniques.
Conduct trials and tests to validate new production processes and equipment.
Evaluate and optimize existing production processes for efficiency and quality improvement.
2. Project Management
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production development projects.
Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
3. Technical Support
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
4.Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze testing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on development performance, project status, and recommendations for improvement.
5.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in production development.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and performance.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production development or related role.
Strong technical skills with knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred/Desired:
Experience working in solar module, encapsulant, and backsheet companies and other solar material company.
Need to be able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuously improving environment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
The ability to make timely decisions and provide feedback to each other.

Experience working in the chemical industry, as a development manager, or as an AS or TS worker.
