Overview: The Cloud and Development Enablement team apart of our Fortune 500 client is looking to bring on a Technical Systems Analyst to act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to support a new customer verification platform.
Top skills:
5+ years of Systems Analyst or Project Management experience
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally across engineering and business teams
Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements and identify gaps in the roadmap
Past experience working in a fast paced, large environment and being able to build strong relationships across the organization
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and present business cases and recommendations to support decision-making.
Create detailed business process models and workflows.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Team overview: Will be a part of the Product team and work cross functionally across the organization.
Interview Process: One 45-minute interview and one panel interview.
