You are highly motivated and excited to work at an early-stage company
You thrive in a self-directed environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward and proactively seeking guidance when needed
You have 4+ years of experience as a PM, and are comfortable creating UI mocks, writing Requirements documents and working closely with Engineering to manage timelines
(Nice to have) You have experience specifically building products for healthcare delivery (software for healthcare providers)
(Nice to have) You are comfortable developing UI in Figma - we have external UI support, but your ability to work directly will help with cycle times & user testing
Responsibilities
Along with leadership team, support product roadmap development and feature prioritization
Work directly with users and Engineering to create Requirements documents, develop UI and test features and oversee software development through testing and deployment
Develop and measure relevant KPIs for owned features, spanning from basic usage to end outcome on efficiency and outcomes for our customers
Collaborate with Sales on upcoming priorities and to incorporate buyer feedback into product roadmap
