A leader in digital financial services is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Content Management Database (CMDB) Process Improvement Analysts to join the ServiceNow team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Evaluate current CMDB processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvement objectives.
Design and implement process enhancements to streamline CMDB operations and enhance data quality.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Conduct audits and assessments to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure compliance with standards and policies, training and supporting end-users on new processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on CMDB processes and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in process improvement and optimization, preferably in a ServiceNow/ CMDB environment.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles, specifically Configuration Management.
Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and project management methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms is a plus.
