LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Member Service Supervisor in Concord, CA. This position is full-time, direct hire, onsite, salary $80K - $110K.
Responsibilities:
Actively participates in meeting the goals of the department.
Provides excellent service by using a positive and professional tone to assist callers and team members accurately, thoroughly, and as efficiently as possible while maintaining consistent and friendly service.
Must be a strong example of leadership in work ethic, appearance, and conduct.
Coaches/guides representatives in troubleshooting calls related to new accounts, lending, and automated services.
Conducts training and coaches agents on how to handle calls at the highest level of member services within all service expectations.
Lead by example, take calls regularly including resolving escalated issues.
Motivates team participation on a departmental and organizational level.
Consistently reviews the performance of the center and aligns all performance expectations with the needs of the organization.
Sets and meets performance goals for quality, service, and efficiency; establishes goals for self and others that are designed to achieve exceptional business results.
Additional assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year supervisory experience - call center in healthcare
Experienced in a collectively bargained environment.
AA degree
Bilingual - preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
