Level Edge Construction seeks a full-time Estimator to provide formal bids for commercial construction and roofing projects. We pride ourselves on offering various construction services while delivering a consistent customer service experience. Our hardworking and dedicated team has over 50 years of combined construction experience. If you have previous construction estimating experience, are familiar with construction software, including takeoff software and programs such as Planswift, Buildertrend, and Precise Builder, and are highly detail-oriented, please consider joining our team.
Our Ideal Estimator:
Experienced: 3+ years of roofing/construction estimator experience. Post-frame construction, metal roofing, and siding experience are a plus.
Excellent Communicator: Strong written & verbal communication skills are essential for clear & effective interactions between team members and clients.
Analytical: Ability to review notes, blueprints, vendor information, and pricing to compile an estimate that will result in a profitable project.
Accurate: Strong attention to detail is required in this role, as mistakes can be costly.
Efficient/Organized: Able to manage time well, set priorities, and complete tasks on time.
Collaborative: Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and team members.
Computer Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Buildertrend, and Precise Builder.
