The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Engineering Group, you will develop and deliver training on industrial products (photolithography equipment). Not only will you prepare lesson plans, but also partner with customers and internal team members to implement training. You'll also maintain equipment in the cleanrooms and training facilities to ensure equipment availability for training and demonstrations.
The Requirements

To be a good fit for the Technical Instructor - Semiconductor opportunity, you will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Hands-on experience maintaining semiconductor or similar equipment in clean room environments; knowledge of photolithography equipment is a plus
  • Experience as a technical trainer is strongly preferred
  • The ability to create training content
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow
