Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in their search for a Tax Manager. This position will be supporting a growing firm specializing in comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-size companies.

Scope of Responsibilities:
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for tax-related matters.
Conduct regular client meetings to review tax strategies and financial goals.
Offer strategic tax planning and advisory services for significant life events, business transactions, estate planning, and succession planning.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex tax issues, preparing technical memos and reports.
Skills Needed:
CPA (preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Excel
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Educational & Work Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related
Work Experience: 5+ years of experience working in a similar position with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-size businesses is required to be considered.
