Working on an Accounts Payable Specialist opportunity for a client in Secaucus, NJ.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for:

- Working along the AP Manager to handle high volume invoice entry

- Handle 3-way matching for invoice entry

- Prepare and perform check runs and ACH/Wire payment entries

- Handle vendor coordination and support

- Printing and reviewing invoices and purchase orders

- Utilizing an ERP system for vendors and suppliers daily
