CSP's Accounting & Finance practice has partnered with a rapidly growing facility services organization based in Columbia that is in need of a strong Controller. This role will be responsible for the entire close process and operational cost accounting, reporting directly executive leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong manufacturing background, be very hands on and demonstrate leadership.
Responsibilities:
Review and maintain monthly reporting package
Manage business registrations and tax filing
Drive process improvement and lead strategic planning for all accounting software
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of experience in accounting, job costing, and forecasting
