This reputable and growing firm is currently looking to add an experienced Collections Specialist to their Operations department. We are looking for someone with past collections agency or in-house collections experience to help us scale and manage risk/liability as an organization.
As the Collections Specialist, you will be focused on managing our risk and supporting the active collection of accounts. Working closely with customers that are delinquent, the Collections Specialist needs to be a passionate problem solver and relationship builder to help our customers find solutions to meet their needs and get their accounts current.
Top Requirements:
3rd party collections agency or collections agency experience
Strong understanding of collections processes- help build out structure for skip tracing or SOP's
Someone with hustle - can make things happen and work to eliminate delinquency and get things current
Proactive minded
Experience collecting on small-mid-sized businesses

Base Salary ($65,000 - $70,000 per year DOE) + a comprehensive commission structure to be built in conjunction with the Executive team that provides incentive to not only rectify accounts, but also prevent accounts from becoming delinquent in the first place.
