Lead and manage the tax department, overseeing a team of tax professionals.
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Review and analyse complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax matters.
Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate implications to clients and team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the tax department.
???? Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA Certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation
