The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze and interpret financial performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to assess the impact of potential initiatives, scenarios, and investments on the organization's financial performance.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
