Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our client's finance team in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
