This firm employs a generalist approach to invest across a variety of sectors including industrials, manufacturing, and business services. This person will be responsible for working the deal processes cradle to grave as well as executing any deals that they source. Exposure to the M&A process is critical for this opportunity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required (must have an exceptional record of academic achievement)
8 years minimum & experience coming from a direct investment firm
Direct Origination experience is necessary
Ties to Dallas or Texas
Strong modeling, analytical, valuation, and problem-solving skills
