The Job. The Accounting Manager will maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. They will ensure that the accounts receivable is collected promptly, periodic bank reconciliations are completed, and required debt payments are made on a timely basis. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will issue timely and complete financial systems along with coordinating the provision of information to external auditors for any audits. They will assure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a large company or a division of a large corporation
• Extensive knowledge in QuickBooks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Communication skills
• Information management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
