S32 is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Principal of Investor Relations to support our global fundraising and investor relations activities. As a leading venture capital firm, S32 proudly collaborates with top-tier institutional investors from across the world, including public and private pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporate investors, educational endowments, non-profit institutions, and family offices. The Principal of Investor Relations will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding these relationships, as well as actively seeking new investors in connection with new fund launches. The Principal of Investor Relations will report to and work closely with S32's Chief Investor Relations Officer.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Chief Investor Relations Officer to develop and execute effective fundraising strategies
Expand S32's network by identifying and engaging potential institutional investors
Travel to support fundraising and investor relations efforts as needed
Foster strong relationships with S32's existing limited partners ensuring timely and effective communication and the delivery of world-class client service
Implement marketing strategies to attract new investors, including creating compelling presentations, reports, and other investor materials
Plan and execute investor meetings, roadshows, and other S32-hosted events to enhance engagement and support fundraising efforts
Conduct market research and analysis to inform fundraising strategies and provide insights into investor trends and preferences
Document fundraising activities and interactions in our CRM
Prepare and present reports on fundraising activities, investor feedback, and market conditions to senior management
Qualifications
A minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in investor relations and/or fundraising within the venture capital or private equity industry
Bachelor's degree or higher
A robust network of institutional limited partners, with a proven track record of successful relationship management
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; effectively manages multiple priorities with a proactive and agile approach
Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $400,000 + bonus + long-term incentives + benefits, depending on experience.
