About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant with the Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group. Current Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) reviews currency transactions received from downstream partners to ensure accuracy of information prior to submitting to Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
  • Strategically drive CTRRG transformation project items related to upstream processing, adjustments, delayed processing.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on end-to-end transactional data processing for cash transaction data sources.
  • Be the Product Owner for workstream related to CTRRG upstream applications, creating and testing business requirements.
  • Partner with multiple areas of the Enterprise (Hogan, CSBB, CL, CB, CIB, FCRM, FC Legal, WIM) on critical transformation related items to ensure successful completion of onboarding data. Ensuring regulatory requirements are met for Wells Fargo.
  • Write Business Requirements, Test Strategy, Test Cases, and create/execute Test scripts.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of process improvement experience
  • 2+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • 1+ year of change management experience
  • 1+ year of risk and regulatory compliance experience
  • 2+ year of financial industry experience
  • 1+ year of SharePoint experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated commitment to initiatives with an ability to quickly translate plans into execution
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and effectively manage implementation of projects to target timelines while prioritizing quality of work
  • Knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting
  • Knowledge and experience with writing business requirements, test strategies, test cases, and execute test scripts
  • Knowledge of Hogan, business group and enterprise functions of Wells Fargo or cash transaction processes
  • Expert communication skills in all forms and with all audiences
  • Knowledge of Wells Fargo Change Management process
  • Expert proficiency with MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
  • Ability to navigate information using WF Agile Registry and JIRA
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
