We are seeking a self-motivated Retail Marketing Manager who has the strategic vision to drive the creative development and execution of our shop-in-shop and fixture programs. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Retail Marketing. Strong creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail and communication are critical in this role. This is a highly cross-functional role; partners include Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, Marketing Creative and design agencies.

Leading the strategy behind our retail and shop-in-shop programs, identifying & driving program enhancements
Managing the creative development of in store materials, establishing seasonal timelines, and gathering information from cross functional partners to identify opportunities and improve execution
Working with Brand Managers to evaluate requests, make recommendations, write creative briefs, direct designers and/or agencies
Partnering with Key Accounts to find creative solutions to meet account specific custom branding and fixture needs to maximize Ariat's presentation and build strong relationships
Assisting with design and production of custom and stock fixtures including concept development, engineering and prototype approvals
Overseeing the production and distribution of all materials through delivery
Collaborating with Sales Team to build seasonal shop and fixture forecasts
Working with the Sales & FSM teams to develop and maintain the shop-in-shop schedule and deliverables. Overseeing 3rd Party installation vendor and assisting with scheduling, travel plans, on-site direction and reporting
Traveling to accounts and retail events to gather retail insights and analyze market trends
Managing the design and development of the marketing materials catalog and order forms
Partnering with Planning and Sourcing to oversee inventory levels on a bi-weekly basis for re-order or replacement
Working with Finance to review forecasts, re-order proposals, inventory levels, quarterly reserves, and monthly budget reconciliation.

About You
4+ years' experience managing the creative development of point-of-sale and/or printed materials Some knowledge of pre-press and printing processes a plus.
Thoughtful and adaptive strategic thinker who can interpret needs and present solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track/manage multiple projects at a time
Experience working with cross-functional teams and a worldwide supply base
Highly driven with a positive, team-oriented attitude and learning mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook a must. Adobe Professional experience a plus.
BA or BS required.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
